If you discover any defects in the apartment or property that require repair, please contact the service company in the first instance.
For urgent matters, such as water leaks, call the service company’s on-call number. For less urgent matters, you can report the fault here.
Housing Portal
Many matters can be easily handled via the housing company’s housing portal. Through the portal, you can check your rent balance, notify us of your move, book a parking space and reserve a sauna session, among other things.
You can also easily contact the finance department and the administrator via the portal.
To register, the property management agency must have your email address in its system.
Housing Portal app
You can download the Hausvise mobile application from Google Play Store and App Store. You can use the app to manage matters related to your accommodation.
Customer service
Our customer service can help you with most matters concerning accommodation or housing applications.

Finance department
Our finance department can help you with matters such as rent payments, rent arrears and tenancy agreement issues, such as terminating your apartment.

Property manager
You can contact the property manager with questions regarding available apartments, apartment viewings, renovation needs in the apartment and other tricky questions regarding accommodation.
The property manager focuses mainly on planned property maintenance in cooperation with the board.
